I'm Shogo —
Branding Producer based in Sapporo.

A foundation in architectural thinking, years running F&B operations, and a transition into web production and branding.
Each phase built a different lens — on space, on people, on craft.
Now I bring them together: not delivering a logo or a website in isolation,
but working from concept through identity, web, and beyond to express what an owner is truly trying to build.

2013 – 2017

Architecture & Design

Studied architectural design at university. Learned to think spatially — how structure, flow, and aesthetics shape the way people experience a place.大学の建築学科デザインコースに在籍。空間・構造・導線が人の体験をどう形づくるかを学ぶ。

2012 – 2020

F&B / Operations

Started part-time in F&B while still in high school, eventually taking on a store manager role from 2018. Built skills in operations design, staff training, and customer experience over roughly eight years.高校時代からアルバイトとして飲食業に携わり、2018年から店長に。オペレーション設計・スタッフ育成・接客を現場で磨いた約8年間。

2020 –

Web Design & Branding

Self-taught coding and moved into the web industry. Worked at a Sapporo-based web production company as designer, director, and ad operator. Now working remotely as a director and marketer, while running Focus Design Lab.独学でコーディングを習得しWeb業界へ転身。札幌のWeb制作会社でデザイナー・ディレクター・広告運用を経験。現在はリモートでディレクター兼マーケターとして稼働しながら、Focus Design Labを運営。
